Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. phjoin22 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoin22 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phjoin22 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify phjoin22 support immediately.
phjoin22 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
phjoin22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phjoin22 account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. phjoin22 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phjoin22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on phjoin22 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. phjoin22 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
phjoin22 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of phjoin22.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phjoin22 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been met.

phjoin22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to phjoin22 or other users.
You may close your phjoin22 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain. Accounts closed at the user's request may be subject to a cooling-off period before re-registration is permitted.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phjoin22 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the account dashboard. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, phjoin22's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phjoin22's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoin22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoin22 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve it within thirty (30) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
